1. Payment for room will be in advance. All extra payments are done apart. Failure to pay for expenses incurred will result in the closure of the room, keeping all the luggage and items found there

2. Breakfast is included in the room rate and served in the breakfast corner, Monday to Saturday from 6:30am to 10:00am and Sunday and holidays 7:00 to 10:30

3. Payment for lodging does not cover other expenses incurred by the quest at the restaurant, mini bar, phone calls, laundry etc. That will be charged on delivery

4. Prior to check-out, we request that the reception desk be advised in advance in other to check the conditon of the room.

5. Management of Grand Casamora is not responsible for jewels, money or value objects left in the room.
